Access Request
If you wish to make a request to receive information held about you by us you will need to write to us providing your name and address, the date that you submitted the information to us and any other details that could help us find your information. A fee of £10 needs to be sent along with your request to see your information. This should be in the form of a cheque made payable to "Judicium Limited".
